Treating dry skin can be quite frustrating. You have to be vigilant, you have to be on the lookout for any sign that your routine is just not working and be able to alter that routine with the changing weather. Flakes, itchiness, tightness, rough texture, and sensitivity are some of the usual complaints.
Our ideal climate is humid. That's when we are able to breathe a little easier, relax our routine a bit, and, dare I say, skip the heavy creams. The truth is though that preventing dry skin is a lot easier than treating it and what you put into your body is just as important as what you put on your skin.
